Round-up:

Luton Town kept up their impressive form at the top of League 1, after they cruised to a 3-0 win over Wycombe Wanderers - making it a club-record equalling 19 consecutive EFL games unbeaten. Barnsley kept up the pressure on the Hatters after registering a 4-1 win over struggling Gillingham, who actually dropped into the relegation zone, in a match which was unfortunately overshadowed by an injury to Barnsley's Kieffer Moore. Portsmouth continued their poor run of form after being held to a 1-1 draw away to Plymouth Argyle, making it 5 consecutive winless games for Pompey. Sunderland, in fourth place, failed to take advantage of Portsmouth slipping up, after they were denied victory in the 87th minute away to Oxford United in a match which also ended in a 1-1 draw. Charlton Athletic too were held to a 1-1 draw, themselves at home to mid-table Southend United. Doncaster Rovers moved into the play-off places at Peterborough United's expense, after beating Peterborough 3-1. Blackpool closed the gap to Peterborough United to just 3 points (with Blackpool having 2 games in hand), after winning 2-0 at home to Walsall who have lost their last 3 consecutive games. Fleetwood Town won 1-0 away to Bradford City who remain in the relegation zone. Coventry City made it back-to-back games unbeaten after they beat rather out-of-form Rochdale by a single goal. The Manager of the Month award did not prove to be a curse for Stuart McCall (who was given the EFL League 1 Manager of the Month for January), whose Scunthorpe United side beat an Accrington Stanley side who are winless in their last 6 consecutive games. Struggling Bristol Rovers and Shrewsbury Town shared the spoils in another 1-1 draw today, meaning the latter remain in the relegation zone. Bottom side AFC Wimbledon suffered a 2-0 defeat at home to Burton Albion.
