Grosjean, Palmer penalised with 5-place grid penalty

Haas' Romain Grosjean and Renault's Jolyon Palmer have both been penalised with a 5-place grid penalty, after failing to slow down under yellow flags following Sauber's Antonio Giovinazzi's crash at the end of Q1.
